MOD Properties is a Colorado Corporation licensed with the Colorado Real Estate Comission.  The owner Jason Meyer began working in property management in 2003 and formally incorporated the company in 2006.  MOD exists to serve private residential investors in rental property throughout the Denver area.  We offer a well rounded balance of all services needed for you to accomplish your individual goals.  These services are available individually or in combination with each other.

-Direct deposit to owner bank accounts and same month satatements
